Ok Long waiting time for the food (1 hour and other guests were more likely to get the food even though they were there later), uncomfortable light and all the clothes smelled like food. Good side salad and good soup. Price performance does not fit

Wanted to have a good meal with friends. Are there without a reservation. They asked if we had made a reservation. The food is amazing. High quality ingredients and the kitchen can really do something. There is a lot of catching up to do in terms of cleanliness and service. The entrance area and the outside terrace should be cleared of weeds, so that the service staff should be more courteous and friendly to the guests. Hence 1 star deduction. Nevertheless, we would eat there again anytime.

I'm always looking for good food and came across (Zum alten Siel) and I have to say great. The food is very tasty, the service is friendly and nice and the portions are ok and fresh. Only the prices for the drinks are a bit too expensive for me. The interior is great and I like it very much. Card payment is also possible. Dogs are very welcome. You should definitely reserve in advance, especially in the evening hours. The ambience in the outside area could be improved but on the whole I can recommend this place with a clear conscience. .

We ate there yesterday for the first time. Luckily we got a table without a reservation. The service was really very nice and the food was very, very tasty. I even got a children's portion because I can't eat that much. This is Also not possible everywhere. It was very positive that the plates were nice and hot and therefore the food does not cool down quickly. We will definitely come here again. Price performance quality is right 👍🏻

You should definitely make a reservation in the evening. Very busy restaurant. Very nice attentive staff. Top! Food was very tasty, portions were completely sufficient, we were full of pounds. Conclusion: have made another reservation and will come again.

The food was good but the ambience was not really inviting. Although not all of the tables were occupied, we waited a long time for dinner with two small children. The children got their food and we got our salad as a starter after 45 minutes. We got our main course after 75 minutes. We both still thought: some bread and herb butter or something similar would be good beforehand. This only came 2 minutes before the starter. It's a shame, because as I said, the food (we all had fish) was very good.

We were very satisfied. Food was delicious. The salad in front of the main course was very pleasantly surprising. Price / performance was right (2 adults & 2 children almost 60 €). Would love to come back.

That was a really good meal. Have eaten tomato rice with fried vegetables and shrimps and pasta with spinach and North Sea crabs. Both and the salad were delicious. There was also a greeting from the kitchen. The drinks were also very good. We were completely satisfied!

Service not very friendly, if not rude. The portions are quite large, the food is okay, but not so special. Since I have eaten in other restaurants for less money already much better. The bread with quark in the front was the best of everything. Overall, the restaurant is more like a pub. What we also noticed negatively, were old fries under the table, although the store had just opened. So they were not from the same day ... moreover, several flies annoyed us at the food and at the end came out a thick moth behind the seat. No evidence of cleanliness. Conclusion: I can not recommend it unfortunately.
